What are Key Facts?
'Key Facts' is a table full of crisp nuggets of essential information that act as a quick reference. Use Key Facts to check if there is a female vocalist in the band, whether public liability insurance is carried, how much space is required, when a company was founded, if an entertainer is a member of Equity and much more. 'Key Facts' is an invaluable tool to aid the decision making process.
Why do Key Facts not appear?
If no Key Facts have been added to a member's profile, the Key Facts tab and table will not be visible on the Profile page. The default is for all Key Facts to be deselected and therefore invisible. See How to add Key Facts
Where do Key Facts appear?
Key Facts appear in a table on profile pages. They are one panel down in the middle column in a tabbed panel shared with 'About'. Just click on the 'Key Facts' tab to display the table. If the tab is not visible it is because the EntsWeb Member has not activated any 'Key Facts'.
How do I add Key Facts?
'Key Facts' are added from the profile setup area.
From the Members Area click 'Profile' then select the 'Key Facts' tab. Scroll down to SPECIFIC INFORMATION. Use the checkboxes to select which information is shown on your profile page. Most will be require just a Yes or No.
