How to make your logo fit

On your profile page, the area provided for your logo is 200 pixels wide x 180 pixels high.
Ideally the artwork you upload should be this size. Multiples of these dimensions, which keep to the same width to height ratio will also work. Thus 400px x 360 px is fine.

With oversized, undersized or irregularly shaped artwork, the website tries its best to make the logo fit in the space provided but sometimes not all of the logo will be visible due to cropping.

Here is how to fix that:

Method 1
Fit into a rectangle

The easiest thing to do is create a rectangle 200px x 180px with a white background then paste your logo on to it making sure it fits snugly within the borders of the rectangle. Save as a .jpg .png or .gif and upload. It will then fit perfectly.

Method 2
Adjust canvas size

As an example lets use the following artwork which is 248 x 227 px. This is bigger than it should be and out of proportion for the logo space.

Use Photoshop, Fireworks or other similar software to create a canvas 200px x 180px  then Place / Paste your artwork onto that canvas. If necessary, resize the image to fit the canvas.

If areas of the canvas are visible, set the canvas colour to white or transparent. The overall dimensions will remain as 200px x 180px but the white or transparent canvas will not be visible on the page.

Save the artwork as jpg gif or png then upload it to your EntsWeb profile page. Use the tools there to make minor adjustment to size and drag it to the centre of the space provided.

Method 3
Resize artwork

If the width of your artwork is greater than the height:  resize the width to 200px but if the width of your artwork is less than the height resize the height to 180px ( to keep the shape, make sure the aspect ratio is locked)

Now set the canvas size to 200 x 180 px.

Save the artwork as jpg gif or png then upload it to your EntsWeb profile page. Use the tools there to make minor adjustment to size and drag it to the centre of the space provided.
