I have been entertaining for 20 years now Djing Karaokes and now Solo Singer
I started my journey in 1989 as a sound technician in Corby Civic Theatre working with the likes of Elkie Brooks ,Gene Pitny,Gerry Marsden Lena Martel to name a few i studied Sound and Lighting City and guilds.
apon Leaving i quickly became a DJ and for years did Karaoke in 2004 i became solo singer
I started out as a Cabaret singer singing songs from the 50s to the 80s then i was Wait for it......Elvis Tribute act Johnny Cash tribute act then UB40 Tribute act Madness Solo Act even did a 30 minute George Michael spot lol
i am known as the Human Jukebox
I now stick to my UB40 and Ska Reggae show www.skatrain.co.uk www.ub40.me.uk and my Cabaret show www.colinstar.co.uk i am willing to travel world wide if you pay for the flights lol ive never been booed never had a bad night every Audience i Entertain goes home at night knowing they have been Entertained by a true pro
i am very OCD when it comes to my work Sound Lights Backing tracks Microphones you name it have to be the very best
Backing tracks one of my pet hates amung singers especially them who use cheap nasty Karaoke tracks gggrrrr mine are Pro made Alibi Productions David Gorst
