The Heywood Moore Hoedown Band is rare find. A live music band based on the East Coast of NSW, Australia that combines a 'full on', boot stomping concert with easy to follow called line and barn (bush) dances. With 30+ years experience of providing exciting entertainment for a huge range of corporate and private functions - you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
We do both kinds of Music! Yes, we are one the few bands who do both songs and dance music - barn dance and line dance. The song repertoire draws on Country, New Country and Country Rock to give a very accessible concert experience and we can intersperse the songs with 'yee haw' instrumentals to liven up the atmosphere. Or if dancing is more your cup of coffee, our caller and all round dance expert can guide you through Square Dances, Bush Dances, Party Dances and lots more. Even reluctant dancers will find it hard to resist joining in and everyone can be part of the fun; there is something for all ages and abilities.
