From the Great American Songbook, through the Swing era to pops, rock 'n' roll and party dances, Dennis provides entertainment for all types of events and celebrations. Dinner Dances are also a feature of the Dennis Frere-Smith repertoire as he has a wealth of experience in strict tempo and ballroom performances. In Cabaret and club settings Dennis really comes into his own by delivering a unique style of musical entertainment incorporating a slick routine of comedy, songs and instrumental mayhem which features a hilarious audience participation section.

The instruments I play are, trumpet, flugelhorn, pBone and ukuleles plus I use the wonderful pBuzz for added fun as well as having fun with the ever popular hosepipe horn and teapot.

Having performed in shows with Bruce Forsyth, Gary Wilmot and Jim Davidson, as well as residencies at Hammersmith Palais the Lyceum Theatre, London, summer seasons and top hotels, such as the Leela Penta, Bombay and Queen Mary 2, Dennis a wealth of experience in his performances.
