Wining the Robbie award for best Female singer & best group with Laurena Flax & dance attack along with Stuart Mathewson (The songwriter & saxophonist from the band Sade & Gary Miller one of the top record producers in London.Now partnered up with Shaun Martin who also has had a very accomplished & successful singing career in some top bands as well as working solo as keyboard vocalist internationally acclaimed. Shaun who is Richard Carpenter has produced this Carpenters Tribute Story which boasts to be the only show of its kind in the UK.The show opens on a 12 foot rear projection telling the story of the Carpenters raise to stardom & the sudden downfall of Karen Carpenters illness. Laurena performs her first song playing the drums to Close to you one of the first hits by the Carpenters, throughout the rest of the Ninety minute show you will be gripped and thoroughly entertained with some of the best hits form the 70's classics with amazing sound & light show.Laurena has a voice to match Karen Carpenter and looks and performs her part with passion and pride.The show can be booked as the full production tribute story (for larger venues) which is a two hour set up, or as a duo for smaller venues.
