Do you have a passion for dance and fitness? We offer a range of ONLINE Dance classes.

We perform at various cultural events and are also available for hire for ONLINE virtual performances via Zoom.

We specialise in Indian dance. This consists of Punjabi Folk dance (Bhangra and Giddha) as well as Bollywood. The dance moves are dynamic, feminine, graceful and energetic. Our style is quite unique in the Asian Entertainments Industry.

A focused, committed approach is important.

Classes offered are
:
Monday evenings (7;00 - 9:00 PM) Advanced Bollywood, Bhangra, Giddha classes. Experience within these styles is not necessary although experience in dance would be advantageous and a good sense of coordination, rhythm and timing and good technique.

Wednesdays (7:00 - 8:00 PM)
Keep Fit Bhangra classes. These classes are great fun and combine simple but powerful bhangra steps to give you an overall body workout, burns calories, improves stamina and overall well-being dancing to great tracks.

Thursdays (6:30 - 7:30 PM)
Beginner's ladies Bhangra and Bollywood dance classes. Experience is not needed but a good sense of coordination and overall fitness is great.
