Captivating, creatively sculpted music delivered with a smooth & full soulful swagger: The Goldleaf Duo, Derbyshire's most dynamic function outfit, are changing the perception of the standard acoustic covers act. Forming with a mutual love of all things music, aspiring to give audiences their interpretation of soul music, spanning the decades. One-half of The Goldleaf Duo, James Dixon, hails from the Derbyshire town of Matlock with almost a lifetime of experience on his belt. Playing a variety of instruments & specializing in tons of musical genres. The second half of the duo brings Zak Williamson, a music teacher from Alfreton, Derbyshire. After pursuing percussion as his main platform, Zak decided to move from way back behind the drum-set, into the spotlight. Showcasing a strong, gravelly tone in his voice & a passion for music.

From Ben E, King to Bruno Mars, Marvin Gaye to Michael Jackson, these two gifted entertainers convey everything with balance, 'oomph' and stage presence. With a hour and a half of masterfully crafted looping & acoustic music and unrivalled professionalism, we can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

As standard, The Goldleaf Duo will provide:

· Up to two hours of live acoustic music, split into sets as required.

· PAT tested equipment and Public Liability Insurance (your venue will require the band to have this)
