The South of England Event Centre is located at the South of England Showground in the village of Ardingly, West Sussex and offers indoor or outdoor flexible venues with total space available of 8,500m².
The Norfolk Pavilion offers 1,100m2 of five flexible spaces on two floors that can be used on their own or in conjunction with another. With integrated bar and catering facilities, the light and airy Ardingly Room (462m²) and Balcombe Room (336m²) in the Norfolk Pavilion present a welcoming environment for your visitors. For larger scale events, chose the 1,150m² Queen’s Jubilee Hall with internal toilets and kitchen facilities, the very spacious 3,300m² Abergavenny Building, the 495m2 Stockman’s Building or two further covered buildings.
Free parking for over 6,000 vehicles and plenty of on-site catering facilities your visitors will enjoy a great day out.
With over 25 years of organising exhibitions, trade shows, festivals, conferences, parties and special occasions, we know exactly what’s required to make any kind of event a smooth-running success. Our expert local knowledge and established relationships with local trusted businesses means we are able to source any additional facilities and supplies you require at the best prices. If we can’t provide it ourselves, we know someone who can.
The South of England Event Centre is the home of the South of England Agricultural Society, a registered charity which exists to promote agriculture and allied industries and to advance education in agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture and forestry. The Society organises four major annual events including the Spring Garden & Leisure Show, South of England Show, Autumn Show & Game Fair and Winter Fair which attract over 110,000 visitors per annum.
All profits from hire of the South of England Event Centre are donated to the Society to help fund the Society’s charitable projects.
