Toscana Strings is a vibrant string quintet comprising two violins, viola, cello and double bass. The addition of the double bass makes our sound richer and our repertoire more varied than a traditional string quartet. All five of us are conservatoire-trained professional musicians.

We play everything from classical orchestral music to contemporary music (and anything in between!). We can tailor our repertoire to the organiser's specification and make every event unique.

Toscana Strings have been providing the music for our reception at the Chancellor's Dinner for many years now. They are a delight to work with and consistently provide a perfect background ambience for this occasion. I would not hesitate to
