Vintage TV & Butlins present The Electric Dreams Weekender

Vintage TV and Butlin’s Live Music Weekends have teamed up for a weekend of all things synth. The Electric Dreams Weekender, which will take place at Butlin’s Bognor Regis Resort from 2nd – 5th December 2016, offers an electrifying line-up of acts including Holly Johnson, OMD, Blancmange, Marc Almond, Heaven 17 and Go West.

Synthpop and electro music rules the weekend, with an entire stage dedicated to the genre - but that’s not all - there is also a prog-rock stage with headliners The Zombies, Curved Air and John Lee's Barclay James Harvest, plus more.

Not only are old favourites and established electronic artists showcased over the weekend; up-and-coming bands who continue to switch up the genre are also on the billing. These include duos Ekkah and Girlfriend, plusband Avec Sans, who have all been tipped as ones-to-watch for 2017, and are currently tearing up the festival circuits in the UK and Europe.

On top of the three days of electrifying music, Butlin’s Live Music Weekend offers a variety of extra entertainment and events including silent cinema screenings, a fully equipped spa, traditional fairground, Splash Waterworld and DJ sessions.

When it comes to accommodation there is a variety to choose from, hotel rooms offering bright and contemporary bedrooms, and apartments with their own lounge and private balcony or terrace - ideal for small groups who want to relax together before the evening music kicks off.
