Updating Your Entry
How to make Changes & Amendments to Entries in EntsWeb

What can be changed depends on your entry type.

Because EntsWeb is not database driven all changes have to be made by us so there are restrictions on what can or cannot be changed without a charge being made.

Standard entries, cannot be changed just replaced with a new entry at a one of charge of £10. There are two exception to this,
1: your entry is less than two weeks old
2: you are a registered charity.

Enhanced entries (those attracting an annual fee) can have the contact information changed free of charge. That's the phone, fax, email, URL, contact name and/or postal address. Other changes, made before the renewal date attract a £10 admin fee. At the time of renewal the whole entry can of course be changed.

To authorise changes, please send your password (or at least the first and last letters of your password), as selected by you when first adding your entry.

G5 Standard Entries
(entries with no annual fee)

Standard Entries Less than two weeks old Once uploaded, you have two weeks to notify us of any changes or amendments you would like made to your entry and they will be made free of charge.

Standard Entries More than two weeks old No changes can be made to the entry other than the deletion of the entry or replacement of the entry with a new Standard Entry. Use the form found here Standard Entry Replacement

Entries Less than two weeks old
Once uploaded, you have two weeks to notify us of any changes or amendments you would like made to your entry and they will be made free of charge. Send the required changes by email.

Entries more than two weeks old
Limited changes can still be made free of charge. The URL, email address, phone/fax numbers, postal address and/or Contact Name can be updated free of charge up to twice in the 12 month period.

Other changes can be made only when the entry is renewed or on payment of a £10 administration fee.

Requests for changes should be sent via email.  

If a payment is due you will be sent an invoice which can be paid on-line.
