Tribute bands and acts are a relatively new phenomenon which has grown tremendously over the past few years. Initially tribute bands recreated the sound and look of bands and singers that no longer perform - like The Beatles, Queen, Elvis, ABBA, etc. but now you can find tributes to almost any musician, singer or band. It seems that as soon as a new band breaks there is a tribute band or artiste following behind. Please note that first names have been used to order this list of tribute acts. For instance Elvis Presley impersonators will be found under 'E' for Elvis
